Potherb Mustard Tofu Soup
1.
Cut the bacon and ginger into thin slices, and simmer for about 20 minutes;
2.
Add tofu cubes, canned chicken broth, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat;
3.
Put the potherb mustard in the pot, stir gently, raise the high heat to boil for a while, put in the appropriate amount of refined salt and try the saltiness. Don't put too much, put a little bit first, because the soup made with bacon already has a salty taste ;
4.
Sprinkle diced chives, about 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and serve.
Tips:
1. The base soup boiled with bacon already has a salty taste, so the amount should be reduced as appropriate when adding salt;
2. Add chicken broth to make the soup more delicious;
3. Sprinkle some sesame oil to enhance the flavor of the soup.
