Dao Du Cai turned out to be pickled vegetables. In order to cook this noodle, I specially asked my old friend to give some Dao Du Cai! Haha.. I'm also helping her, she doesn't know how to destroy it because of too many houses!

Pour Tuk Vegetable Pork Sliced Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Soak the poached vegetables in water for 1 hour

3. Cut the soaked poached vegetables into small cubes

4. Lean meat cut into small pieces

5. Heat it up and put in the lard

6. Add meat slices and stir fry

7. Stir fry with poached vegetables

8. Add a little sugar

9. Add a little light soy sauce and season it

10. Pour in 600ml of hot water

11. The bottom strips, cook until cooked

Tips:

It’s best to soak pour-du-duk dishes for a long time, it’s not that salty
