When you are free, make some meatballs and freeze them in the refrigerator. Take them out when you want to eat them, steam them, and drizzle them with your favorite sauce. It is a very good meat dish. There are many choices for pork balls, beef balls, chicken balls, fish balls, etc. This time I chose pork balls, which is a big love among diners at home.

Pouring Meatballs

1. Remove the meatballs from the refrigerator to thaw.

2. The meatballs are steamed in a steamer.

3. Put the balls in the plate.

4. Pour the juice from the steamed meatballs into the pot. If the amount is small, add an appropriate amount of water.

5. Add soy sauce.

6. Add sugar.

7. With salt.

8. Pour the starch in water and boil it into a sauce.

9. Pour the sauce on the meatballs and enjoy.

Tips:

1. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
2. When making meatballs, deep-fry the meatballs until 5 or 6 minutes are cooked, and then process them when you eat them.
