Powdered Nougat

Put the prepared butter in a non-stick pan

Spread marshmallows on top of butter

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 3 minutes

Bake until the marshmallows expand, be careful not to bake them!

Take out the marshmallows and butter and mix well! Be careful

Add milk powder and mix well

Add the cranberries and chopped peanuts and mix well. I let it cool for a while, and mixed it with disposable gloves!

Put it in the mold, arrange it until the surface is flat, then put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for about 1 hour before it can be taken out and cut into pieces! Then it can be wrapped in glutinous rice paper and wrapping paper!
Tips:
Put the wrapped candies in the refrigerator and freeze them and take them out when you eat them. They are cool and delicious. PS also tried to make nougat with imported marshmallows. It feels too sweet to make, and I think I changed to ordinary marshmallows. The effect is better!
