Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Wash the shrimps and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp string from the back of the shrimp.

Heat the oil, stir-fry the green onion and ginger, add the shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
3.
Add water to a small bowl, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, tomato sauce, sugar and mix well.
4.
After the prawns have changed color, add the adjusted sauce, stir fry to thicken and bring out the pot.
