Prawns with Avocado Sauce
1.
The ripe avocado is better. Wash the sea prawns and set aside.
2.
Cut the avocado and take out the pulp with a spoon, and crush it with a spoon. It is best to use a blender to crush it or it can have a grainy texture, depending on personal preference. Add a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and stir in the mustard sauce.
3.
Remove the shells of the sea prawns and leave their tails open. Take the prawn thread and add cooking wine and pepper to slightly marinate. Add a little oil to the pan to heat up, then add the prawns to fry. Serve the plate with lemon, top with guacamole and finally shrimp.
Tips:
After frying the shrimp in a hot pan, turn on medium heat slowly.
Avocado can be made into sweet or jam-flavored.
