Preserve Fresh Bamboo Shoots

The right amount of Lei Sun is ready.

Peel the top with an oblique knife.

Dispose and wash in turn.

Cut it in two.

Put water in a pot and boil and add salt.

Put the bamboo shoots in and blanch them.

Remove and let cool.

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate or freeze it, and of course eat it as soon as possible.

You can also put it in the sun after cooling, and it will become dried bamboo shoots after drying! .
Tips:
The bamboo shoots are cold in nature, so don't eat more! Eat the frozen bamboo shoots as soon as possible!
