Preserved Egg Mix

1. Prepare raw materials;

2. The preserved eggs are peeled and cut into petals;

3. Put the cut preserved eggs on the plate;

4. Put the buns in the middle, and then put the chopped coriander and garlic on the buns;

5. Use 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of chili oil, less than salt and other sauces;

6. Pour the prepared juice on top;

7. Finally, sprinkle some peanuts on the surface;

8. This very popular cold dish is complete.

Tips:

This is a simple cold dish. It should be noted that you can eat as you go, so that the buns and peanuts can remain crispy and complement the quality of the preserved egg.
