Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare the ingredients and blanch the tofu with boiling water

Cut tofu into pieces and put on a plate

Cut the preserved egg into a small piece from about a quarter, and then cut another piece to make a fish head

Cut the remaining part into small strips and make fish tails

Put on the look

Chopped ginger, add seasoning and mix well

Just drizzle on the sauce
Tips:
As it is a cold dish, tofu should be blanched with boiling water to ensure hygiene. The seasoning juice can be configured according to your own habits
