Preserved Egg Tofu

Take out the tofu from the box.

Cut into thin slices and place on the plate.

Tips:
How to take out the tofu completely from the box: Uncover the paper on the surface of the box and buckle it upside down in the plate. Use scissors to fry small holes in the corners of the box and slowly remove the box.
