Preserved Egg Tofu
1.
Lacton tofu slices on the plate.
2.
Two preserved eggs (also called Songhua eggs) are peeled.
3.
Rinse with water after peeling.
4.
Cut a preserved egg into four pieces.
5.
Cut each petal into two small pieces from the middle.
6.
Put it on top of the tofu.
7.
Pour a bowl of juice (the bowl of juice contains soy sauce sesame oil chicken essence and a little salt).
Tips:
Put less salt because light soy sauce is a bit salty.
