Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare a plate and tear open the tofu package.

Place the plate upside down on top of the tofu and turn it over again.
3.
Cut a small opening at all four corners of the tofu box with scissors.
4.
Blow in, and come down with a light tap.
5.
Cut the tofu into thick slices, cut the preserved egg into small pieces, rinse the mustard and chop finely.
6.
Chopped coriander and peanuts and sprinkle.
7.
Sprinkle with white pepper, water in sesame oil, light soy sauce, add some bean paste, stir and start eating.
