A very simple and homely cold dish --- preserved egg tofu. It always feels very dry in spring, so refreshing and moisturizing homemade cold dishes is a good choice. "

Preserved Egg Tofu

1. Soak the tofu in salted boiling water for two or three minutes;

2. Put the right amount of garlic, oyster sauce, red rice pepper, salt, light soy sauce and pepper in a small bowl;

3. Stir evenly and set aside;

4. Take out the soaked tofu and cut into the required size pieces;

5. Wash the preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces;

6. Place preserved eggs on tofu;

7. Pour the sauce on top;

8. Place the plate code.
