Tofu with preserved egg is a famous dish of the Han nationality. It is simple to make, rich in nutrients, clears away heat and relieves fire, and is rich in many nutrients needed by the human body.

Ingredients

Preserved Egg Tofu

1. Rinse the tofu with boiling water to remove the beany and disinfect

2. Tofu slices placed on the plate

3. Wash the preserved eggs

4. Dip white vinegar on the knife to cut preserved eggs
