I like the unique texture of preserved eggs~ but don't like the weird smell~ so...

Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

1. Chop the green onion, coriander, and chili, and chop the garlic into a puree. Set aside.

2. Add the prepared ingredients to about 20 ml of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of pepper and stir.

3. Peel the preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces

4. Pour the mixed ingredients evenly on the preserved eggs and marinate for 5 minutes

5. Heat the peanut oil and pour it on the preserved preserved eggs, and you're done!

Tips:

After finishing, put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to taste better~
