Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Prepare ingredients, five preserved eggs and two peppers.

Cut the chili into shreds first.
3.
Cut into pieces, put on a plate, add salt and chicken essence.
4.
The oil is boiled in a hot pan.
5.
Pour on top of the spicy pepper and mix well to taste.
6.
Cut the preserved eggs and place them around the peppers, ready to eat.
Tips:
There is no skill for simple cold dishes. When you cook it, put some water on the knife, otherwise the egg yolk will come out easily.
