Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Prepare minced garlic.

chopped green onion.

After peeling the preserved eggs, cut them open with a thread, and sprinkle with minced garlic.

Add salt and minced chili.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
6.
Pour hot oil on top of the onion, garlic and chili.
