Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

The three preserved eggs are divided into four pieces and placed on the plate for later use.

Put minced garlic in a bowl, one spoonful of light soy sauce and two spoonfuls of vinegar.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
4.
Put two spoons of chili oil and one spoon of sesame oil.
5.
Stir well.
6.
Just pour the sauce on the preserved egg.
7.
Sprinkle with coriander to finish.
