Preserved Egg with Cucumber

Wash the cucumbers, pat them loose with the back of a knife, and cut them into small pieces.

Cut preserved eggs into small pieces.

Mince garlic.

Take a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of fragrant soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chopped peppers, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic and mix well.
