Pressure Cooker Oil-free Braised Pork Ribs

Spare ribs over water and set aside. I like those with crispy bones. The pressure cooker is the best.

Don't chop the garlic.

Put in a pressure cooker, add light soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, and a spoonful of wine. Add a little water after mixing well.

The pressure cooker does not need to be long, just set it for 10 minutes.

Out of the pot.
Tips:
The pressure cooker should not be too long, up to 10 minutes. Don't put oil.
