Private Beef Sauce

Cut beef tendon into small pieces (smaller than a fist)

Blanch it with water first.
3.
Use Chinese pepper, ginger, small red pepper (dried chili), green onion, star anise, boil for an hour and a half~1 hour and 40 minutes~~(pour out the soup)
4.
Put the cooked meat directly in the wok, add soy sauce and sugar, and stir-fry (the soy sauce is just flat with beef, about 2 tablespoons of sugar per pound of beef)
