Private Dry Roasted Tofu

Buy tofu, clean it and cut into large slices, 1-1.5 cm thick

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, and fry the cut tofu one by one on all 4 sides. This process requires patience, one by one, and then continue frying on the other side after setting the shape (the entire process must be medium-to-low)
