Private House-stir-fried Beef with Black Bean Sprouts

All ingredients are ready.

Pinch off the roots of the bean sprouts and wash them for later use.

Thinly slice the beef and set aside.

Heat the wok, add a proper amount of cooking oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the cooked beef and stir fry for a while.

Pour the beef with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Pour the bean sprouts and stir fry.

About half a minute after the bean sprouts are broken and discolored, add chicken essence and mix well, turn off the heat and put on a plate.
Tips:
1. Cooked beef refers to the semi-finished products of fresh raw beef cooked with water without any condiments.
2. Oyster sauce and light soy sauce are relatively salty, so there is no need to add salt.
