‼ ️prospering Day by Day‼ ️shrimp and Tofu Steamed Egg [mofei Super Fast Steaming Stew Pot]
1.
To prepare the ingredients, Japanese tofu is also called egg tofu, which is very tender and smooth. The shrimp is peeled and the shrimp line is washed.
2.
The Japanese tofu is cut into 7mm thick slices and placed around the plate. I used 3 Japanese tofu for the 8-inch deep plate. The amount can be increased or decreased according to my preference.
3.
Stir 2 eggs with 1 gram of salt, add 120 ml of warm water and stir (stir while adding water), stir well, sift through a sieve, filter out the bubbles, and then pour the egg liquid into the dish.
4.
Add half a pot of water to the Mofei Super Speed Steaming Stew Pot, put the sauce plate and the steaming plate, and then arrange the steamed egg plate.
5.
Cover the pot and select the fast steaming mode to steam for 10 minutes.
6.
The super-speed steaming and stewing pot produces steam really quickly. It produces steam in 8 seconds. You don't need to wait for the whole pot of water to boil.
7.
Boil the shrimps in boiling water at this time.
8.
Because the condensed water does not drip onto the egg liquid, the steamed egg is very delicate and smooth. Arrange the blanched shrimps and evenly pour 20ml of steamed fish soy sauce with a spoon.
9.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and pour a spoonful of hot oil on the chopped green onion to stimulate the aroma.
10.
The taste is super fresh and smooth~
Tips:
❤️The ratio of eggs to warm water can be between 1:1 and 1:1.5. I usually use a ratio of 1:1. If you want to eat tender and tender, you can add warm water at a ratio of 1:1.5.
❤️The egg liquid must be sieved after being dispersed, otherwise the foam will steam out completely as honeycombs.
❤️If you don't want to blanch the shrimps, you can steam the egg mixture for 7 minutes and then add the shrimps, then continue to steam for 3 minutes.
❤️Use an ordinary steamer to cook this dish. Wait for the water in the steamer to boil and then put it in the egg pan. Steam on medium heat for 12 minutes. Cover the plate with plastic wrap to avoid steam dripping. Remember to pierce a few holes in the plastic wrap. Breathable.
