Protein Cookies

The butter is softened, and powdered sugar is added to beat until fluffy and whitish.

Add salt and vanilla extract and stir well.

Add egg whites and beat.

After being sent, it is fluffy and delicate, a bit like ice cream.

Sift in the prepared milk powder and all-purpose flour.

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze out the pattern you like.

Bake it in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

Let cool after baking.
Tips:
The butter must be blown in place for such cookies to be crispy. Leave a gap in the squeezed cookies to avoid squeezing into a pile after baking and expanding.
