Prunes and Vegetables Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), dried plum (soaked and washed), ginger slices

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop it open.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, then add the sliced ginger to the pot.

Next, add the chopped bullfrogs and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the cleaned dried plums and stir fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
9.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.
10.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Cook for 10 minutes, and serve.
