Pudding

Soak the gelatin tablets in water to soften them.

Steam the purple sweet potato and peel it. Pack it in a plastic bag and crush it. Add about 150ml milk. Add the soaked gelatine slices directly. 5g granulated sugar. Stir.

Put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out after cooling for one hour. Add 100ml of milk to 2.5g of gelatin tablets. Add 5g sugar. Stir and pour on the solidified purple potato pudding.

Put it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
