Today, I made a curry puff rice ball with my children at home. I think everyone has eaten the puff and cream or custard sauce, but the puff and rice combination shouldn’t be eaten. Today we have tried the alternative way of eating puffs. The colorful curry chicken and vegetable rice balls are very special when paired with puffs. It can be said that in the food circle, there is nothing you can't think of, only you have a big brain. Dare to try something new is the last word. Here I use a good serving of Bimeng Duo apple and honey curry cubes, the taste is mild and not spicy, especially suitable for children to eat.

Puff Curry Rice Ball

1. Prepare the materials

2. After washing the rice, add appropriate amount of water and put it in a rice cooker to cook

3. Boneless chicken legs, cut into small pieces

4. Put a curry cube into the pot, add some water and cook until the curry melts, then add the chicken and stir evenly

5. Put it in a bowl and marinate for half an hour

6. Heat the oil in the pan and pour the marinated chicken and fry until the chicken turns white, then remove it for use

7. Use the remaining oil in the pot to fry the carrot diced

8. Then add the diced peas and sweet corn and stir fry

9. Pour in the chicken, stir fry and serve on a plate for later use

10. Add a curry cube to the pot, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the curry cube, add rice

11. Stir evenly

12. Then mix all the ingredients for the chicken, vegetables, and rice together to make the meal evenly

13. Cut the meringue puffs horizontally (see my recipe for how to make meringue puffs)

14. Take the fried curry rice and put it in plastic wrap and tighten it firmly
