Puff Curry Rice Ball

Prepare the materials

After washing the rice, add appropriate amount of water and put it in a rice cooker to cook

Boneless chicken legs, cut into small pieces

Put a curry cube into the pot, add some water and cook until the curry melts, then add the chicken and stir evenly

Put it in a bowl and marinate for half an hour
6.
Heat the oil in the pan and pour the marinated chicken and fry until the chicken turns white, then remove it for use

Use the remaining oil in the pot to fry the carrot diced

Then add the diced peas and sweet corn and stir fry
9.
Pour in the chicken, stir fry and serve on a plate for later use

Add a curry cube to the pot, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the curry cube, add rice

Stir evenly

Then mix all the ingredients for the chicken, vegetables, and rice together to make the meal evenly

Cut the meringue puffs horizontally (see my recipe for how to make meringue puffs)

Take the fried curry rice and put it in plastic wrap and tighten it firmly

Put it in the meringue puff
