Puffer Fish Stewed Chicken Soup

Rinse the chicken

Add water and cooking wine and boil for 3-5 minutes

Pour out the water and rinse off

Re-add water and ginger slices

Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour

Uncover the lid

Take out the puffer fish slices and soup packet

Fillet in a bowl

Pour the soup packet into the chicken broth and boil

Put the chicken in the bowl

Place the fish fillets on the colander and blanch for 30 seconds

Tips:
Don't scald the puffer fish for too long, just within 30 seconds to 1 minute.
