Puffs

Put milk, butter, and salt into a pot, boil on low heat, add sugar, and cook until melted

Add flour, stir the dough quickly, turn off the heat. Beat two eggs and beat them evenly

Pour in the egg liquid in batches and mix well each time before adding. The cut and mix dough is lifted up into an inverted triangle, not easy to drip (don't draw circles)

Put the batter into the piping bag, squeeze out the puff, put it in the preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes, turn 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

Whipped cream and sugar over ice water

Make a small hole in the bottom of the puff and squeeze the whipped cream into the puff

Tips:
When adding the egg liquid to the batter, add it in batches, each time until the egg liquid is completely absorbed and mixed well before adding the next time.
