Pumpkin and Corn Hoof Soup

Raw materials are ready;

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the pepper and boil for 5 minutes, add the pork knuckles and cooking wine and cook for 10 minutes with flying water to remove the taste;

Peel and cut pumpkin, corn and ginger;

Tips:
The fishy smell of pig's knuckles is heavy, so it should be cooked with pepper and cooking wine for more than 10 minutes in advance to remove the fishy smell.
