Pumpkin and Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs and blanch them in a pot of cold water, then remove them to drain.

Put the bay leaves, aniseed, green onion and ginger into the electric clay pot.

The blanched ribs are put into an electric clay pot.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and turn on the electric cooker.

After 15 minutes, put the corn in the pot and boil it.

Wash the pumpkin, peel and flesh, and cut into hob pieces.

Put the pumpkin into the electric clay pot when the ribs are cooked to 8 or 9 minutes.

When the ingredients are cooked, add salt and pepper to cut off the electricity.

Stir well and serve.

3. Slow cooker is better.
