Pumpkin and Jujube Puree Buns

While the pumpkin puree cools down, prepare flour, add yeast and stir well with chopsticks!

Prepare a few Hetian jujubes, which are thick and do not peel off the skin! If it is particularly dry, soak again after washing with water.

The jujube is sliced and pitted, and minced with a meat filling machine. If there is no machine, use a knife to mince, the same!

Put the pumpkin puree into the basin when it is cold, combine the noodles, add some water when it’s dry, add flour when it’s thin 😄

Make up the flour, put a lid on, and wait for it to rise!

Three hours, it's fully fermented! You can add some alkali or not, feel free! No effect!

Knead the noodles after adding alkali, add jujube puree, and knead again!

With the palm of your right hand, press the edge of the noodles to the middle like a close noodle, so that the other side of the noodles will be very shiny!

Knead a dozen times, squeeze the edges to the middle like a bun, but there is no gap in the middle!

Turn around gorgeously, huh! Then put it on the panel, like one, and then dot it, to make a cute little fat pier.

Put on the pot, wake up and steam separately, 15 minutes after venting!
