Pumpkin and Lotus Seed Porridge

Wash the rice and brown rice in advance

The dried lotus seeds are soaked more than four hours in advance

Wash the pumpkin and cut into small pieces
4.
Add rice and brown rice to the casserole and cook for 20 minutes, then add pumpkin

Add lotus seeds, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes~
Tips:
Pumpkins can be peeled off, but I prefer to eat the skins, as they will become soft after being boiled.
