Pumpkin and Red Date Buns

Peel, slice, steam, and puree the pumpkin with a blender.

Wash the red dates, diced, and puree them with a blender.

Mix flour and yeast, add cooked pumpkin puree, knead it into a smooth dough while adding it, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size.

Exhaust the fermented dough, knead it evenly, and divide it into noodles of the same size.

Roll the small agent into a bun skin and put in the red jujube puree.

Put the wrapped buns in a steamer covered with bamboo cloth, and let the steamed buns for 15 minutes.

Bring water to a boil on high heat, steam on medium heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the lid.
8.
The canopy is soft, sweet and delicious.
Tips:
The cooked pumpkin needed for kneading should increase or decrease according to the water content of the pumpkin and the water absorption of the flour.
