Pumpkin and Red Date Honey Rice Cake

Cut the rice cake into small pieces and cook in a pot over high heat.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

Cook until the rice cake becomes soft.

Add pumpkin.

Add red date slices.

Cook until the pumpkin is well cooked and the rice cake becomes soft, the red dates swell, and when the soup is almost exhausted, add the sweet-scented osmanthus to eat.
Tips:
1. Jujube can be cooked with rice cake, I forgot, so I cut it into slices and added it.
2. If you like sweets, you can add sugar or rock sugar during the cooking process.
