Pumpkin and Tremella Sweet Soup
1.
Soak the white fungus in water in advance;
2.
Peel the pumpkin and wash it; there are two pieces on the picture, in fact I only used one piece;
3.
Change the pumpkin to a knife and cut it into even-sized squares;
4.
Soak the soft white fungus to remove the pedicles, wash, and tear into small pieces;
5.
Put the white fungus in the boiling pot and add enough water at one time;
6.
Put in an appropriate amount of rock sugar, close the lid, boil on high heat and turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 2 hours;
7.
Soak the wolfberry in clean water for about 10 minutes, wash and set aside;
8.
After 2 hours, add the pumpkin and cook for 30 minutes;
9.
When the white fungus is boiled out and the pumpkin is cooked, add the washed goji berries and cook for a few minutes;
10.
Turn off the heat and spread out.
Tips:
1. Before putting the wolfberry into the pot, soak it in water for about ten minutes;
