Pumpkin Bag

1. The pumpkin is peeled and sliced, put in a pot and steamed for 10 minutes, and the steamed pumpkin is taken out and put into a juicer with milk to make a puree. Then rub them together with glutinous rice flour. The dough does not stick to your hands.

2. Dump the rose bean paste filling into small balls.

3. Roll the dough into a cake, and then put the bean paste filling into a round.

4. Use a toothpick to draw a cross on the outside of the mixed dough to evenly separate it, and finally put the jujube in the middle for garnish. (If there is no jujube, you can use raisins instead)

5. Finally, put it in the boiling steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

6. Take it out and weigh it hot.
