Pumpkin Bean Paste

Prepare ingredients. (The picture shows the steamed pumpkin puree)

Wash the pumpkin, slice it, and steam it in a pot. Peel it while it is hot and press it into a puree with a spoon.

Put pumpkin puree into a pot, pour glutinous rice flour.

Knead into a smooth dough that is neither soft nor hard, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing. The bean paste filling is divided into 8 small doses of about 15 grams, and the glutinous rice dough is also divided into 8 small doses of about 50 grams.

Flatten the glutinous rice dough and wrap it with red bean paste.

Close and round. Use a scraper or toothpick to press out the shape of the pumpkin.

Put a raisin in the center as a pumpkin pedicle.

Use a small brush to apply a thin layer of cooking oil.

After everything is done, put the steamer on the pot and steam for 10 minutes.

Tips:
1. It is not necessary to brush the vegetable oil. The purpose of brushing is to prevent the skin from drying out and steaming to make it more beautiful.
2. The filling can also be replaced with other jujube paste and vegetables you like.
