Pumpkin Bean Paste

Prepare ingredients: flour, glutinous rice flour, pumpkin, soft white sugar, white sesame;

After the steamed pumpkin is mashed into pumpkin puree with a spoon, mix it with soft white sugar and stir evenly;

Stir in flour and glutinous rice flour to form a soft and smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 5 minutes;

Roll the red bean paste into even-sized balls, just slightly larger than your fingers;

Divide the dough into two, roll the dough into a strip, and cut it with a spatula;

The cut agent is divided into two again, and then rounded separately;

The kneaded balls are flattened, wrapped in bean paste balls, closed, rounded, and wrapped in a layer of white sesame seeds;

Place the finished balls in a flat plate, do not squeeze them; it is recommended not to use the pots in the picture to place the balls, the balls are easy to deform after being squeezed, I just use the pots packed with the dough to save trouble;

Place a layer of tin foil on the air fryer and brush with a proper amount of vegetable oil; power on the air fryer to preheat, set the temperature to 200 degrees for 5 minutes;

Put the balls into the air frying basket, and then brush with a layer of vegetable oil;

Set the time to 15 minutes; take it out halfway, shake the air frying basket, and brush a layer of vegetable oil on the balls;

After the procedure is over, observe whether the meatballs are cooked thoroughly; use a toothpick to insert into the center of the meatball and then pull it out. There is no residue on the toothpicks, which means the meatballs are fried;

Tips:
