Pumpkin Bean Paste

Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into slices with the skin, and steam it in a steamer;

Add flour and glutinous rice flour to form a uniform dough;

Take an appropriate amount of dough, knead it round and flatten it, pack an appropriate amount of red bean paste, and wrap it into a glutinous rice ball shape again;

Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pan, add the dough, flatten it while frying, and fry until golden on both sides.

Because the homemade bean paste is used, it is not too sweet, so you can sprinkle it with sugar or dip it with honey.
