Pumpkin Spare Ribs Cup
1.
Open a lid on two small pumpkins, and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a small spoon or spoon. The first cut is a bit deeper, and the lid opens after one round. I wanted to cut a zigzag shape~ uh, it's too difficult, I won't.
2.
Cut the ribs into small pieces as much as possible, wash them and soak them in clean water. Change the water constantly during the period until the water is basically clear.
3.
Drain the ribs as much as possible, cut the green onion into sections, shred the ginger and garlic, pat the ribs with a knife and put them into the ribs. Pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and oil. Grab it with your hands and marinate for about 2 hours.
4.
After marinating, add starch and a teaspoon of oil and continue to stir evenly. Each rib is evenly covered with starch and oil. Set the plate, the scallion, ginger and garlic when marinated can be stacked on top of the ribs.
5.
After the steamer is steamed, put the ribs in the high heat and steam for 10 minutes. It doesn't matter if the ribs are too long. If the ribs are large, increase the steaming time. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing from the pot.
6.
Remove the green onion, ginger, and garlic, and stuff the ribs into two small pumpkins.
7.
Put the pumpkin stuffed with ribs in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Rub the carrots with a multi-purpose knife into pieces of carrots.
8.
Decorate the chopped carrots around the pumpkin, and the remaining ribs can’t fit into the pumpkin, just arrange them to pull the cart in front~
Tips:
1. After the ribs are steamed, there will be a lot of oil on the plate. I discarded all the oil, because there will be a lot of soup after stuffing in the pumpkin and steaming.
2. Soak the ribs as much as possible for a while, and the marinating time will be longer, which will be more delicious
3. Choose ribs as far as possible. There are a few pieces with crispy bones, but they won’t bite at all. Either steam them for a while, or don’t eat them if they are crispy
4. I have thrown away the melon flesh, and I can leave it for other dishes
5. I ate all the ribs that day. I put the chopped carrots into the pumpkin. The next day, I can stuff the leftover rice into the pumpkin, with the gravy inside, and have a delicious meal.
