Pumpkin Bean Paste

Prepare the right amount of rose bean paste filling

Add 250g of water-milled glutinous rice flour to the pumpkin paste, add 10g of powdered sugar, stir evenly and form a dough, and divide the pumpkin dough into about 30-35g each.

Tips:
1. Pumpkin skin should not be too thin to prevent exposure.
2. The water content of different pumpkins is different, so the amount of glutinous rice flour needs to be adjusted flexibly.
