Pumpkin Bean Paste Snacks

Wash the red beans and soak them in warm water for two hours in advance, then add water and boil them into red bean paste (you can also buy ready-made red bean paste)

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces, steam it, let it cool, mash it, and squeeze the water away.

Mix pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour into the pumpkin puree and add proper amount of glutinous rice flour to form a dough.

Encrusting and then dividing the large dough into small doughs.
Just wrap the bean paste like a bun and roll it into a ball.

Finally, steam it in the pot for 15 minutes~
