Pumpkin Beef Curry
1.
Except for the apple, the other ingredients are cut into small pieces. The beef I use is sirloin cooked in advance, which is packed and frozen, and it is convenient to take it out when you use it. This time it’s my husband who cuts the vegetables. I cut too many carrots.
2.
Sauté the onions first. You can use a little more oil to make it more fragrant. The curry is quite oil-absorbing, so it won’t feel oily later. Onions can be sautéed over a medium-to-low heat until slightly charred. If you want to save trouble, you can sauté the flavor.
3.
Add the side dishes and stir fry. If the beef used is not the finished product that has already been cooked, then in this step, sauté the onions, add some wine and stir fry, add water and simmer for half an hour after the raw material is cut, and then add the vegetables.
4.
Add water to the pot, add curry cubes, add honey, don't add too much, half a spoon or one spoon is enough. I added 4 pieces of curry and a spoonful of honey.
5.
After the curry cubes are put in the pot, change to a low heat and stir to let it melt completely without sticking to the bottom. The picture above is the state after melting, you can cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Need to stir once or twice during this period.
6.
Twenty minutes later, the side dishes are basically cooked and tasty. At this time, it is decided whether or not to collect the juice according to the amount of soup. The soup in the picture above is a bit too much, and you need to collect the juice to make it thicker. Use medium-high heat to collect the juice and keep stirring.
7.
That's it before it's out of the pot, the thickness of this soup is just right. Like a friend you like! Love you all♡
Tips:
1 Don't cut the vegetables too big, they will not taste good.
2 Many dishes can be made into curry, depending on personal preference, green beans and broccoli are also very delicious.
3 The taste of honey is really good, it is completely different from the taste of sugar instead!
