Pumpkin Bird's Nest Cup
1.
Take a bird's nest
2.
Soak the bird’s nest in cold boiled or purified water for about 4 hours. You can soak one cup at a time, seal and refrigerate after soaking and eat separately, or break half of the soak
3.
The part of the swallow horns is hard, so the soaking time can be prolonged appropriately, so that the foam will be in a state of unfolding flaky layers.
4.
Fill a large bowl of water, place the bird’s nest in the sieve, use tweezers to pick out the fluff and impurities
5.
Rinse with water, you can see small black feathers in the water
6.
Put the bird's nest into the stewing pot, add a little pure water to the stew pot, whichever is just after the bird's nest
7.
Cover the lid of the stewing pot, add water to the stew pot to half the height of the stewing pot, select the bird’s nest program, shorten the time to half an hour, start
8.
After the stew, add rock sugar, dig out the steamed pumpkin meat into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of almond milk, stir in the bird’s nest and serve
