Pumpkin Bisque

The finished product, a sweet snack.

The pumpkin is steamed in advance and set aside.

Use a juicer to squeeze the steamed pumpkin puree into a pumpkin paste, pour the pumpkin paste into the pot, add a little whipped cream, and mix with soft white sugar over low heat.

Pour the pumpkin soup into a dish and enjoy slowly.

Finished product. Garnish with peas, a rich and mellow soup. It's delicious.
