Pumpkin Bisque

The pumpkin is steamed in a steamer and pureed with a spoon for later use.

Put the butter in the pan to melt.

Pour in pumpkin puree and blend with butter.

Pour the milk while stirring, so that the milk, butter and pumpkin are fully fused and the color becomes creamy yellow. You can add sugar and stir. I think this pumpkin is sweet enough, so it tastes better.

I added green cabbage to the plate (it just happened to have shredded green cabbage on hand). It's best to add jam to taste better.
