Pumpkin Bisque

200g pumpkin, 100ml stock, 50ml fresh milk;

Wash, peel, and seed the pumpkin, cut into small cubes, put it in a blender, add the broth, and beat into a puree;

Pour into the milk pot, add fresh milk, boil on low heat, and mix well.

Precautions:
If there is no mixer, steam the pumpkin in a steamer and mash it into puree.
