Pumpkin Black Sesame Flower Roll

Pumpkin peeled, washed, cut into pieces, steamed in a pot and pressed into mud for later use.

Appropriate amount of flour, the amount is basically the same as the amount of pumpkin.

Combine the flour, pumpkin puree, and the prepared yeast water together until it does not touch your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

After about two hours, it will grow to double its size. Knead the dough smoothly and roll it into a large slice with a thickness of about 3 cm. Spread a layer of black sesame paste evenly, then roll it up and cut into small pieces, as shown in the picture.
